These pictures were taken in Lubbock, TX before Nana's graveside service. We were all quite exhausted and delirious by this point....I think we traveled more than 2000 miles total in a 4 day period. Mom wanted to use my hot iron and this is the new hair-do she came up with! Her friend Roberta didn't quite know what to make of it!
